Restorative Yoga addresses different needs and objectives depending on the participant. Lou proposes a high degree of personalization in the support she provides, the first step of which is filling out this questionnaire.

Complete confidentiality is maintained throughout the consultation process. Additionally, and with your consent, Lou can coordinate her course of treatment with your doctors and/or therapists.
